Hi Everyone!
You're receiving this email because you put your name down as interested in Drama Club at freshman orientation. Welcome to Edsel, and welcome to the club!
This email does not mean that you have committed; if you are no longer interested, let me know and I will remove you from the email list :)
But if you are still interested, we are super happy to have you!!
We have a few very cool things coming up that you are all invited to:Our current musical, A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder, is on April 24, 25, and 26th! Bring your middle school student ID and we will give you two dollars off your ticket. Bring your friends, and we will also give them a discount! You can buy tickets online here or at the door.
After that on May 27th at 5:00, we will be having our Haunted Theatre and Freshman Informational Meeting, where we will talk about the first production of the fall: Haunted Theater. It will start very early in the fall, as it happens right around Halloween, so we like to start it the year before. However, if you are unable to make it to the meeting, that's completely fine. We will be sending out the information from that meeting to those who can't make it! Your parents are also welcome to come if they have any questions about the program.
Over the summer, we will have our Summer Theatre Intensive; it's a lot of fun and a great way to meet people before the school year. This is open to incoming 6-12th graders, so if you have friends in other grades or at other schools, they are also invited. The flier with more info is attached. It's $50, which covers your supplies and food on the final day.
If you have any questions, feel free to email me or our director, Mr. Kelm.
If you have any friends that might also be interested, please forward this to them! We would love to have them.
Have a great rest of your year!
